At Zampa Wheels, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Every new Zampa wheel purchased through our website listed on our site comes with a 3-year warranty, reflecting our commitment to high-quality products.

Warranty Details

• Coverage Period: The 3-year warranty starts on the delivery date and ends three years later. It applies to the original purchase date and doesn't reset with replacements.
• Eligible Wheels: All new Zampa wheels bought from the Zampa Wheels website or certified dealers.
• Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
• Coverage: Includes wheels, spokes, nipples, and hubs. Covers defects in materials or workmanship but excludes external factors.
• Exclusions: Does not cover bearings, valves, quick releases, thru axles, brake pads, improper assembly or maintenance, incompatible parts, damage from crashes, misuse, or external factors like heat damage, overloading, or unsuitable terrain.

Shipping and Taxes

• Within 30 Days: If a manufacturing defect is found, Zampa Wheels will replace the defective part and cover shipping costs.
• After 30 Days: Up to 3 years, Zampa Wheels will replace defective parts, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
• Authorized Service Centers: If the issue is manufacturing-related, Zampa Wheels will cover shipping fees. If caused by external factors, the customer is responsible for shipping.

Product Availability

If your Zampa wheel model is no longer available, Zampa Wheels will upgrade you to the newest equivalent model at no extra cost.

Other Brands

For products from other brands, the manufacturer's warranty policy will apply.
